Discovery Box

The Discovery Box is thoughtfully designed to allow customers to experience a curated selection of fragrance samples before committing to full-size bottles.

Due to the nature of this product and its intended purpose for sampling, all Discovery Box purchases are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

All orders are securely packaged. In accordance with the shipping company’s policy, packages must not be opened prior to successful delivery.

Returns & Exchanges – Other Products

In the unlikely event that a product has a manufacturing defect that affects its quality or usability, Lipari Fragrances will replace the item with a new product of the same type and will fully cover all associated shipping costs.

Returns or exchanges for non-defective products are accepted within 14 days from the order date, provided that the item:

• Remains in its original condition

• Has not been used, opened, or altered

• Is returned with its original packaging intact and complete

For returns or exchanges not related to manufacturing defects, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
