At Lipari Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing a clear and seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Discovery Box
The Discovery Box is designed to let customers experience a selected range of fragrances before purchasing full-size bottles.
Due to the nature and purpose of this product, all Discovery Box purchases are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All orders are packaged carefully and securely. In accordance with the shipping company’s policy, packages cannot be opened before delivery is completed.
Returns & Exchanges – Other Products
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date the customer receives the order, provided that:
- The fragrance remains in its original condition.
- The product is unopened, unused, and securely sealed.
- The original packaging is complete, intact, and undamaged.
The customer is responsible only for all shipping costs in both directions associated with the return or exchange.
