1. Domestic Shipping – Within Egypt
We currently ship to all governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt, excluding certain remote or out-of-service areas.
⏱ Delivery Timeframes:

Greater Cairo: 2 to 3 business days

Other governorates: 2 to 5 business days
Note: Fridays are considered non-working days for our shipping partner.
2. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping through Aramex.
To place an international order, please follow these steps:

We will then provide you with a payment link from Aramex, which includes:

The international shipping cost

3. Packaging & Delivery

All orders are securely packed and sealed to ensure safe delivery.

Opening the package before signing the receipt is strictly prohibited.

We are fully responsible for the shipment until it is successfully delivered to you.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event (less than 1% of cases) that a manufacturing defect is found, we will:

Replace the product with a new item of the same type

Cover all shipping and replacement costs
