🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping – Within Egypt

We currently ship to all governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt, excluding certain remote or out-of-service areas.

⏱ Delivery Timeframes:
  • Greater Cairo: 2 to 3 business days

  • Other governorates: 2 to 5 business days

Note: Fridays are considered non-working days for our shipping partner.


2. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping through Aramex.

To place an international order, please follow these steps:

  1. Collect all desired items into one order.

  2. Contact us through one of the following channels:

    • Our official website

    • Facebook page

    • Instagram account

  3. Send your final order details.

  4. We will then provide you with a payment link from Aramex, which includes:

    • The international shipping cost

    • The total cost of your products

3. Packaging & Delivery

  • All orders are securely packed and sealed to ensure safe delivery.

  • Opening the package before signing the receipt is strictly prohibited.

  • We are fully responsible for the shipment until it is successfully delivered to you.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event (less than 1% of cases) that a manufacturing defect is found, we will:

  • Replace the product with a new item of the same type

  • Cover all shipping and replacement costs
